If your chauffeur arrives more than 6 minutes late to your scheduled pickup, your ride is completely free — no questions asked, no forms to fill out. We stand behind it because it rarely happens. We monitor traffic, build in buffer time, and confirm with you the night before every trip.
Your fare is a fixed rate based on your pickup location, destination, and vehicle type. No surge pricing, no peak-hour multipliers, no hidden fees. The price you see in your quote is the price you pay — tolls and gratuity included.
Our fleet includes the Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Aviator, Lincoln Navigator, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, and BMW 7 Series — all late-model, immaculately maintained luxury vehicles. For larger groups we offer an executive van seating up to 15 passengers. All vehicles are fully licensed and insured for commercial passenger transport in Massachusetts.

Yes, always. For airport pickups we monitor your flight from departure through landing. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically — no extra charge and no need to call us. You'll receive a text update when your driver is on the way.
For sedans and SUVs, you can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge — with one exception: trips originating in New York require more notice due to coordination requirements, so please call us directly for those. Executive van bookings require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. For anything inside those windows, call us and we'll do our best to work with you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected after your service is completed — not upfront. Corporate accounts can be set up with monthly invoicing. Receipts are provided for every trip.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for early morning departures and peak travel dates. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability — call us directly for the fastest response.
